Robot/SAVE, a complete backup and recovery solution, provides full media (tape) management functions, whether you have a single system or a data center of System i (iSeries, AS/400) systems, and supports a centralized scratch pool. And, Robot/SAVE makes complying with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, HIPAA, and PCI requirements for backup control easier. Robot/SAVE supports VTL as if it is another tape drive.

Crossroads’ SPHiNX product is a proven technology that has been around for well over six years servicing the HP Nonstop (formerly Tandem) server market as an HP OEM branded version. The SPHiNX for Power Systems is a dedicated virtual tape appliance that is designed to deliver optimized data protection and resiliency within IBM Power Systems (AS/400, iSeries, System i) environments.

The presentation will last about 50 minutes, followed by a question-and-answer session with Robot/SAVE and SPHiNX experts.
