PartnerSPACE is a secured sales and technical intranet designed to assist our OEM and Distribution/Reseller partners by providing key information required to effectively sell and support Crossroads products. How To Get Support

Product support is provided directly by our OEM and Distributors/Reseller partners who resell our solutions. For support, please contact the OEM or Distributor/Reseller from whom you purchased our products. A list of our current partners can be found by selecting Partners from the navigation at the top of the page.

Crossroads' Technical Support provides Level 3 escalation and engineering product support to our OEM and Distribution/Reseller partners. Customers directly contacting Crossroads' Technical Support will be redirected to the OEM or Distribution/Reseller partner from whom the product was purchased.

US/Canada

US/Canada customers who have purchased a Crossroad-branded product and associated maintenance will receive direct product support from Crossroads’ expert Technical Support team. Detailed support and contact information will be provided upon purchase of a Crossroads maintenance package. Contact your local Distributor/Reseller partner to purchase a maintenance package. Out-of-warranty and out-of-maintenance coverage is available for a one-time fee - per product, per incident. Contact your authorized Crossroads Distributor/Reseller partner to purchase this coverage.

Crossroads maintains a library of technical product information, including documents such as technical tips, technical bulletins, FAQs, and Release Notes. Customers whose products are under active maintenance or warranty, may access the Technical Documentation Library via their registration account. Crossroads OEM and Distributor/Reseller partners may access the Technical Documentation Library by accessing their PartnerSPACE account.

Additional Support Requirements

Crossroads Systems is a Microsoft Corporation TDS Protocol Authorized Licensee. If you use functionality or obtain services, including database storage and management services, from Microsoft server products, you need to purchase additional licenses to use such products. Consult the license agreements for the Microsoft SQL Servers products you are using to determine which licenses you must acquire.
