For more specific information about the warranty covering your particular product, refer to your written agreement or contact your Distributor/Reseller partner.
Generally, Crossroads’ limited warranty states that its standard products will be delivered free from material defects in material or workmanship for a specified period upon shipment to the partner's customer site.* To obtain warranty service, please contact the local Crossroads Distributor/Reseller partner who sold you the Crossroads Product. Before you call or send an online request, please gather the following information:
- Crossroads Product serial number, type, and model
- Description of the problem
- Exact wording of any error messages
- Description of any remedies or fixes you've already tried
- Hardware and software configuration
* Disclaimer: The Crossroads warranty period and service levels may change during the warranty period, and vary by product and country. Your rights and Crossroads' obligations regarding warranties are governed solely by the Statement of Limited Warranty that ships with your Crossroads Product, or the agreement under which you acquired your Crossroads Product. Please consult your local Crossroads representative, or your reseller for warranty information specific to a Crossroads Product and to a country. Optional features, updates and/or upgrades may be subject to different terms.
