Crossroads Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRDS) is a global provider of data archive solutions. Our European headquarters are located in Germany which directly manages the sale and distribution of Crossroads solutions throughout Europe. The European team has many years of experience and excellent skills in the storage and backup environment and is constantly working to build up strong relationships both to established partners and resellers in the IT market and to end customers.

Richard K. Coleman, Jr.
Interim President and Chief Executive Officer
Richard K. Coleman, Jr. is a private investor and business advisor. His company, Rocky Mountain Venture Services (RMVS) has helped technology companies plan and launch of new business ventures and restructuring initiatives since 1998. He has served in a variety of senior operational roles, including CEO of Vroom Technologies, COO of Metronet Communications, and President of US West Long Distance and has also held significant officer level positions with Frontier Communications, Centex Telemanagement, and Sprint Communications culminating in his appointment to lead its Technology Management Division. Mr. Coleman began his career as an Air Force Telecommunications Officer managing Department of Defense R&D projects. He has served as an Adjunct Professor for Regis University’s Graduate management program and is a guest lecturer for Denver University, focusing on leadership and ethics.Mr. Coleman has served on a number of private, public, and non-profit boards and currently serves on the board of directors of NTS, Inc., where he serves as Chariman of the Strategy Advisory Committee, on Track Innovations Ltd., and Aetrium Incorporated, where he serves on the Compensation Committee. Mr. Coleman holds a B.S. Degree from the United States Air Force Academy, an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University, and is a graduate of the United States Air Force Communications Systems Officer School.

Brian Bianchi
Chief Operating Officer
Brian joined Crossroads in 1998 and has led the company in many successful product development efforts. Brian currently manages development and maintenance of Crossroads' solutions, which includes definition, delivery and ensuring superior customer support. He is highly committed to the development of new technologies that meet present and future customer needs. Before joining Crossroads, Brian held operational and product development roles at Hewlett-Packard and Convex Computer Corporation. Brian holds a B.A. in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin. -
Jennifer Crane
Chief Financial Officer
Jennifer Crane, CPA, joined the Crossroads team in 2003 and currently leads the company's financial and legal teams. An accomplished accounting and financial expert, Jennifer brings more than 15 years of hands-on experience in financial management and auditing. Prior to joining Crossroads, Jennifer held senior positions at leading firms such as Deloitte & Touche LLP and Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP. Jennifer is an active member of the Financial Executive Institute (FEI) association as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. -
David Cerf
Executive Vice President of Business and Corporate Development
David joined Crossroads in 2005, bringing with him extensive sales and corporate development expertise. He currently leads global efforts to expand Crossroads innovative solutions and develop relationships with key early technology adopters. Prior to joining Crossroads, David served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development at NexQL a leading provider of advanced database acceleration technologies; and was co-founder of 360World a national provider of video / imaging solutions. In 1988, as the Founder and Managing Director of the Dallas Business Incubator, he was responsible for the development and funding of more than 50 new high-growth startup companies. -
Mark Hood
Executive Vice President of Corporate Communications
Mark brings more than 25 years of experience building and investing in early stage companies. He began his business career working in the rapidly growing telecommunications industry. From 1995 to 2000, he was CEO of Network Consulting Services, a profitable telecommunications agency that he started from scratch. In 2000, he began his investing career in public companies and later led two investment partnerships.Mr. Hood is the founder of MCH Advisors, a consultancy helping clients increase revenue by improving their sales, marketing, and communication initiatives. He currently serves on the advisory board of Telecom Recovery, a software company providing back-up services to government, health care, and financial services organizations.
He earned a BA in Marketing from Sam Houston State University and an MS in Technology Commercialization from The University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business. He is also a recipient of the George Kozmetsky Award for Academic Excellence. He lives in Austin with his wife Kelly and daughter Devon.

Steve Enyeart
VP, Marketing and Communications
A marketing communications professional since 1992, Steve Enyeart joined Crossroads as Creative Marketing Director in 2012. Prior to Crossroads, he led the creative team that drove the Coors Light brand into the U. S. Western Region and 15 International markets, establishing new marketing inroads and substantiating the brand as a major player in the competitive beverage category. He delivers strategic planning and tactical implementation of branding and marketing initiatives to drive brands from a small market presence to widespread recognition. Steve’s success in nurturing relationships and intermediating between clients, consumers, senior management and staff demonstrates a natural ability to inspire and motivate his team to achieve heightened levels of performance and productivity. Without fail, Steve demonstrates a passion for innovative examination of marketing opportunities while presenting and implementing new ideas that drive revenue through persuasive marketing communications initiatives. -
Bernd R. Krieger
General Manager, Europe
With more than 30 years of experience in the data storage and backup industry, Bernd R. Krieger joined Crossroads in 2007 as the Head of European Sales. Previously, Bernd held general manager and CEO positions at several IT companies, gaining lengthy experience in sales and multi-country operations. He has served as General Manager, Sales and Marketing at Data Global GmbH, CEO of Entire Software AG, and Director of International Sales at Grau (ADIC). Bernd brings strong relationships with established partners and resellers throughout the IT industry, as well as Global 1000 companies. -
Paul Leury
Chief Technologist
An innovative entrepreneur with a solid record of successful leadership, Paul Leury joined Crossroads as Chief Technologist in 2012, bringing seasoned expertise for propelling disruptive technology into new markets. Paul realized his passion for innovation in 1991 when he developed the prototype for a criminal profiling system that subsequently became the international standard for technology of its type. With over 20 years of successful launches, Paul drives dynamic success – from conception to monetization. Prior to Crossroads, Paul provided consulting services for a broad range of technology solutions and led product management and development as CTO and co-founder of Austin Provider Solutions. Having launched a number products and businesses, his technical and business skills make Paul a uniquely qualified technology executive for driving innovative ideas to profitable business solutions. -
Heather Painter
Vice President of Channel Sales & Marketing
Heather leads all of Crossroads' channel sales and marketing functions, including direct and indirect sales, product marketing, corporate communications, and customer service. With more than 19 years of experience in IT marketing as well as U.S. and international channel and OEM sales, she offers extensive expertise in successfully launching and promoting products, identifying strategic opportunities, and working with companies ranging from Fortune 100 to mid-size organizations. Heather began her Crossroads career in 1999 as Western Regional and International Sales Manager, and in 2009 was appointed Director of Channel Sales and Marketing, cultivating strategic accounts and playing a large role in enhancing Crossroads' sales and marketing operations. Prior to Crossroads, she served as National Account Manager for Kingston Technology, the world's largest independent manufacturer of memory enhancement products. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State Polytechnic University - Pomona.
